Heat transfer powder coating is an innovative product developed by us to meet the demands for high-end decoration and personalization. It is not the final coating but a crucial special base powder. Through a unique process, it can perfectly carry the fine patterns on the transfer paper, accurately transferring photo-level images, wood grain, stone texture, camouflage or any complex designs to the surface of metal workpieces, achieving decorative effects that traditional spraying cannot reach. 

Product Principle:
The workpiece is first sprayed with this thermal transfer powder, which is then solidified at high temperature to form a flat base film. Subsequently, a special transfer paper with the pattern printed on it is placed on top of it. Using a thermal transfer machine at specific temperature and pressure, the ink layer is precisely adsorbed and transferred onto the powder coating, resulting in the final product that integrates the pattern and the coating.
